We partner with individuals, schools, districts, and organizations to build career-connected cultures integrating career literacy into daily learning. Through certifications, tailored support, and collaborative networks, we help expand access to meaningful career exploration for all students.

Our online certification pathways prepare educators to lead career-connected learning. Participants build career literacy, explore the RIASEC framework, and learn dialogic practices to guide student exploration. Our tools help classroom and support staff connect students’ strengths and interests to future possibilities.

We help schools build sustainable career-connected learning cultures through strategic planning, practical tools, and community support. Our 3-year Career Connected School Certification offers a clear, scaffolded process with reflection, celebration, and submitted evidence of growth, impact, and continued recertification.

We help districts build career-connected learning systems from the ground up or strengthen what’s in place. From launching exploration initiatives to designing credentialing programs and aligning K–12 with workforce needs, we build capacity at every level. Our sustained support tracks progress and expands access.

We foster sustained learning through regional cohorts, interactive webinars, and community sharing. Educators and leaders collaborate across sites to exchange ideas and solve challenges. Ongoing connection continues through online meetups, newsletters, and guest sessions spotlighting innovative practices.

We empower leadership teams through keynotes, workshops, and board presentations that build shared vision and strategic alignment. Our sessions inspire leaders to champion career literacy across systems and embed exploration into district, school, or organizational planning.

We partner with nonprofits to design custom career-connected learning models that reflect their mission, values, and impact goals. Whether working with youth, families, or specific populations, we help align programs to your goals and integrate career exploration into your broader impact strategy.

We design custom pre- and post-assessments to evaluate growth in career-connected learning. Our team analyzes the data and delivers clear, actionable results to help you understand impact, identify trends, and inform next steps.

Our print materials make career exploration engaging and accessible. From RIASEC posters and conversation cards to job cards, they spark meaningful discussions about interests, strengths, and future possibilities in any classroom or program.

These 48 activities across four domains prepare students for the evolving workforce by building strengths, positive habits, and a growth mindset. Students explore interests and values, expand experiences, map opportunities, and reflect to connect aspirations to practical career pathways.

The RIASEC model, created by John Holland, groups work environments into six themes: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. Used in career planning and counseling, it helps people align interests, skills, and values with potential careers and education paths.

A dialogic process in career advising is a relationship-centered, conversation-based approach that helps students explore their goals through open-ended questions, active listening, reflective prompts, and trust-building practices.

Career-curious school cultures treat career exploration as a natural and essential part of everyday learning. In these environments, students are regularly engaged in meaningful conversations about their future, both formally through instruction and informally through interactions with teachers, peers, and mentors. By consistently connecting classroom learning to the real world of work, students begin to understand how their strengths, interests, and values align with future possibilities. Exposure to diverse career paths, workplace experiences, and adult role models helps students discover their evolving career identity. As they grow, they develop the autonomy to reflect on their progress, evaluate their choices, and confidently plan paths toward their personal and professional goals.

Career Connected Schools foster a culture where future planning is woven into the fabric of everyday learning. By using a shared career language rooted in the RIASEC framework and engaging students in meaningful, dialogic conversations, these schools create spaces where career exploration is ongoing, relevant, and personal. Students are encouraged to reflect on their strengths, interests, and values not only with teachers, but also with peers, family members, and community partners. These regular conversations help students make powerful connections between what they learn in school and the lives they want to lead—building a strong sense of purpose and direction for their educational and career journeys.
